Jessica Simpson, weighed 108 kilograms when she gave birth to her daughter Birdie Mae, her third child, in March 2019. She managed though to lose about 45 kilos.
Harley Pasternak, the coach of the 39-year-old singer and actress spoke to “E! News” and explained that Jessica did not go on an exhausting diet but had other secrets, including 14,000 steps per day.
“It had to be more than just regaining her normal weight after the baby, but especially how she will keep what she is doing now and in the future and forever. That’s why we don’t like extreme diets or drastic methods. We used to make sure every day that Jessica’s Fitbit wrote at least 12,000 steps a day before going to bed, that she slept at least seven quality hours, and that she disconnected from anything related to technology for at least an hour every day. “
Simpson’s diet consisted of three main meals and two snacks, which were based on protein and fiber.
Jessica with two effective workouts every day and the following diet managed to lose 45 kilos in six months
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs (one whole and three egg whites) and a bowl of blackberries.
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken.
Dinner: Grilled fish with vegetables.
Snacks: A handful of almonds or green beans with grated parmesan.
