Guacamole Recipe

  • 2 Avocados rape
  • 1/2 Red Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 small JalapeƱo minced
  • 1/4 cup Coriander (fresh) chopped
  • 2 Limes Juice
  • 1 medium Pomegrande deseeded
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Peanuts grated
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds


  • 1. Cut the avocados into medium pieces and place them in a mortar ((if you have the
    Mexican molcajete, even better).
    2. Add the onion and the jalapeƱos, as well as one tbsp. coriander.
    3, Mash the materials with the pestle, until they reached the desired consistency.
    4. Then, add the liquids: one tbsp. avocado oil and juice of 2 limes. Add salt and stir.
    5. Just before serving, add the pomegranate, the grated peanuts and, the pumpkin seeds.
    6. Stir lightly.
