You may want to increase your strength, lose weight, improve flexibility, or strengthen your muscular system. Whatever your goals are, most fitness programs can help you approach them, as long as you are loyal and focus on the target. If you don’t already have, I think its time to try Tabata.
Tabata training is a high-intensity workout (HIIT) that involves exercises lasting just four minutes.
It is a form of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) that alternates between 20 seconds of intense bursts of work and 10 seconds of rest in four-minute rounds. You don’t need any equipment for the workout. You just need a towel and a bottle of water and of course a lot of will…
Each Tabata workout lasts only four minutes but is likely to be one of the longest four minutes you have ever had. The structure of the program is as follows:
Exercise for 20 seconds. You can do almost any exercise you like and want. Like push-ups, burpees, or any other exercise that works with large muscle groups.
Aerobic exercise or rest for 10 seconds.
Complete 8 rounds.
