Charliz Theron is a South African – American actress, director, and film producer.

She is considered one of the sexiest women in the world. She is the second actress in history – after Kim Basinger – to be honored with an Oscar, regardless of her nude photo in Playboy magazine, in 1999.

There is no doubt that she is a beauty role model and many women would like to have her shapely body.

However, for the needs of her film, “Tully”, where she plays Marlo, a distressed mother of three, she had to put on 15 kilos to be more “convincing” in her role.

So she transformed, just like she did in “Monster”.But Charliz Theron managed to come back with a very careful diet and exercise.

Her diet is based on fresh organic fruits, juices, eggs, vegetables, chicken, lean red meat, and fish.

At the same time, she exercises a lot and follows yoga and pilates programs.

She favors plant-based raw foods and an alcohol-free diet telling in Red Magazine “I have juices and kale and green salads every day. When I’m eating healthily, getting enough sleep, and not drinking alcohol, that’s when I look my best. That’s when I’m happiest, and I think it shows.”

Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal with organic fresh fruits, cinnamon, hemp seeds, and 1 cup egg white.

Lunch: Salmon with mango and red peppers.

Snack: Organic fresh fruits.

Dinner: 150 grams of skinless chicken breast and a cup of organic broccoli.
