Although it is the traditional Mexican recipe, it has some interesting twists that definitely enhance its taste.

- 2 Avocados (rape)
- 1/2 Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 small Jalapeño (minced)
- 1/4 cup Coriander (fresh) (chopped)
- 2 Limes (Juice)
- 1 medium Pomegrande (deseeded)
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tsp Peanuts (grated)
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1. Cut the avocados into medium pieces and place them in a mortar ((if you have the
Mexican molcajete, even better).
2. Add the onion and the jalapeños, as well as one tbsp. coriander.
3, Mash the materials with the pestle, until they reached the desired consistency.
4. Then, add the liquids: one tbsp. avocado oil and juice of 2 limes. Add salt and stir.
5. Just before serving, add the pomegranate, the grated peanuts and, the pumpkin seeds.
6. Stir lightly.
