Pizzeria owner David Garcia introduces himself as a volcanic pizza maker. To offer tourists… finger food he installed his kitchen on the volcano located in the south of Guatemala. He bakes the pizza where the lava runs. The temperatures rising, the pizza is ready in 14 minutes!
David Garcia is a 34-year-old former accountant. He wears closed and durable clothes and boots to protect himself from the high temperatures of the volcano. There, at his volcanic kichen has installed a thick elongated metal plate, where he spreads his dough. Then add the accompanying ingredients: tomato sauce, meat, onion, and cheese.

David Garcia conceived the idea about 3 years ago, before the pandemic crisis. First, he used to cook inside the caves on the volcano and his idea did not resonate much.
