Home » Blog » Courteney Cox is Cooking Fish With Aioli Sauce!

Monica from “Friends”, the famous actress Courteney Cox, cooked fish with cherry tomatoes and Aioli sauce. In our favorite series, Monica was a chef and loved cooking, however, it seems that in her real life she loves cooking too.

She posted a video of the recipe on her personal Instagram account and she wrote down the ingredients you will need.

The actress wrote above the recipe post: “If you hate fish as much as I do… you will love this recipe”.

note: Courtney Cox uses halibut fillet, but you can replace it with a white fish fillet of your choice.

Ingredients

Fish fillet
1 pack of cherry tomatoes
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 large sliced shallot

Method

Put all the ingredients except the fish in a large pan, mix them and bake for 15 minutes at 200C. Then add oil, salt, and pepper to the fish fillet. When the cherry tomatoes are ready, add the fillet on them and continue cooking for another 10-12 minutes at 200 °.

Finally, chop a handful of mint, a handful of basil, and zest of one lemon and sprinkle over the baked fish.

Ingredients for the Aioli sauce

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
juice and zest of a lemon
salt and pepper
a pinch of cayenne pepper
